Wordless Wednesday
I'm linking up with Miss DeCarbo for Wordless Wednesday. My kinders are finishing up a mini-study on spiders and this is a glimpse at our day. :-) This makes my heart smile.
Head over to her blog to see other Wordless Wednesday pics.
BTW, did you grab my spider freebie?

Wordless Wednesday~Sept. 17
It's Wordless Wednesday with Miss DeCarbo again.
I'm excited I finally got our class sudoku board up and running. When students finish with any assignments they can take out their recording sheets and complete the weekly class sudoku. I laminated the blocks so I can just wipe them off and change the numbers weekly using a dry erase marker. Quick and easy. I just copy one recording sheet per child per week and I'm done. You can grab the "Can You Sudoku?" recording template here.
What kind of things do you have planned for your students to work on when they finish assignments?

Wordless Wednesday and a FREEBIE
It's Wordless Wednesday and we've been studying the history of pretzels. So, of course, we had to make some!
And now for the FREEBIE...
To make this more meaningful we did some brainstorming, sequencing, and writing activities. You can grab them here:
Be sure to leave me some love in the comments and let me know how you plan on using this in your classroom.

Wordless Wednesday~Aug. 6 (and a SALE)
Wordless Wednesday with Miss DeCarbo is getting serious now that school has started! No more fun in the sun, it's back to business!
This week I'm working on a fun tri-fold brochure to give to my parents at my Meet the Teacher meeting. This seems so much more fun than just passing out a stack of papers packed full of info. I'm thinking I may print it on bright pink paper. Pink is a happy color, right?
What kind of hand-outs do you give to your parents at Meet the Teacher meetings?

If you're following me on Facebook or at my TPT store you already know I'm having a Buy 2, Get 1 FREE sale for the entire month of August!

Wordless Wednesday-July 23
It's time for Wordless Wednesday with Miss DeCarbo at Sugar and Spice.
I just got back from a week in Vegas. It was my last little vacay before we head back to school on Monday. Yep...July 28th!!!
One of my favorite things is going to water parks and the desert weather called for just that! We researched and found a brand new water park about 15 minutes from the Strip, Cowabunga Bay.
It was soooo much fun and was a perfect choice for the 109 degree weather. Oh, except the fact that someone stole my shoes!!!! Yeah, it was impossible to walk on the pavement with no shoes. I had to give in and buy an over priced, very cheaply made pair of flip flops, in the gift shop. Isn't it gross to steal someone else's shoes?
What's your favorite water park? What's the most random thing you've had stolen?

Wordless Wednesday-July 16
You gotta love Wordless Wednesday with Miss DeCarbo from Sugar and Spice.
I finally strapped these babies on this week and headed back to the gym. I really get off schedule in the summer. It's been over two weeks.....OK maybe three weeks, since I've worked out!!!! YIKES
I feel the best when I workout three or four days a week. I like strength training and weight training, but my eating habits are BAD!
What's your "go to" workout? How many days a week do you workout?
