Wordless Wednesday-July 16

You gotta love Wordless Wednesday with Miss DeCarbo from Sugar and Spice.

I finally strapped these babies on this week and headed back to the gym.  I really get off schedule in the summer.  It's been over two weeks.....OK maybe three weeks, since I've worked out!!!! YIKES
I feel the best when I workout three or four days a week.  I like strength training and weight training, but my eating habits are BAD!  

What's your "go to" workout?  How many days a week do you workout?


  1. My "go to" equipment is my elliptical and my recumbent bike! Deb at Fabulously First

  2. My go-to is the elliptical followed by weight machines and ab work. I love to run but I have tendinitis so it's occasional. I'm doing well this summer and work out at least 5 days a week! Hope I can keep it up when school starts back.

  3. I *love* walking. Especially 5+ miles, 3-4 days a week. As soon as we add 3 more hours to our usual 24 each day, I'll do more :) Good luck with your return to working out!
