I'm excited I finally got our class sudoku board up and running. When students finish with any assignments they can take out their recording sheets and complete the weekly class sudoku. I laminated the blocks so I can just wipe them off and change the numbers weekly using a dry erase marker. Quick and easy. I just copy one recording sheet per child per week and I'm done. This is something I am working on. I have a boggle board printed and some puzzle books and a game tub. I just wonder if my high school kids will take me up on the offer.

I love using write the room, it's easy prepping and clean up and it keeps them busy! I think I almost have one for every month. I want to try sudoku with my second graders since they kind of had a preview of it yesterday. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI like to start out doing simple sudoku boxes. With my KK kids I use pictures. I usually start my 1st graders with 6 boxes and build up to 9 boxes, as seen here. I'm working on a multi level packet for TPT that should be finished soon. I like write the room too!
